Kia ora, I’m Alex!
I make short time travel videos that bring New Zealand towns, museums and heritage places back to life through storytelling, humour, AI-assisted visuals, history and a slightly ridiculous umbrella.
Becoming a parent to a Kiwi son made me want to understand Aotearoa New Zealand more deeply, especially the places and stories that do not always get the spotlight.
I also lead a team of creative technologists working across AI, Virtual Reality, animation, games and interactive storytelling.
